Booking: Visit our booking page to schedule your appointment. You can also have your Title Officer or Escrow Agent contact us directly.
Document Prep: We receive the loan package from the lender or title company. If you’ve requested printing services, we print two full sets, one for signing and one for your records.
The Meeting: We arrive at your location. We verify your identity, witness your signatures, and notarize the required pages. We ensure every "i" is dotted and every "t" is crossed.
Return: Once the signing is complete, we handle the scanbacks (if requested) and drop the documents at the nearest FedEx or UPS terminal for overnight delivery back to the title company.
