Meet the Face Behind the Seal
Hi, I am Naja Brightmon, owner of Stamped, Inked & Sealed Mobile Notary Service. I bring over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, where accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail have always been at the core of my work.
I began my notary journey in 2016 through my employer, UTHealth, where I continue to serve as a Clinical Operations System Support Analyst. My notary work started as an extension of my professional role, ensuring that documents were executed properly and securely. Over time, I discovered a genuine passion for providing notary services independently.
In 2023, I launched Stamped, Inked & Sealed Mobile Notary Service to offer clients the same professionalism, precision, and reliability that have defined my career. My goal is to make notarization easy, accessible, and trustworthy for every client I serve.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis and finding balance while navigating life with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Both keep me grounded, focused, and remind me of the importance of perseverance and self-care.
